International Delivery

We do ship internationally. So you may shop for yourself or send gifts to your overseas friends and relatives.
We recommend courier services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder.
However, you are free to choose other shipping services or use whichever forwarder for the delivery. Delivery time

The forwarder that we recommended strives to provide quick and efficient delivery service to customers but delivery time may vary because of country of delivery, shipping method selected, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter). The forwarder that we recommended has no control over and will not be responsible for any delay.
If payment of an order received by us can be verified before 4 pm on a business day, the shipment will be made by the forwarder within the next business day for Expedited Shipping and within the next two business days for Standard Shipping. Please note that our business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (HKT GMT +8, excluding public holidays).
Since some of the customs authorities (for instance, UK, France, Germany, Spain or Russia) may take a relatively long time for customs clearance and inspections for up to 4-6 weeks. Should you encounter any difficulties, please contact us for assistance.

Order processing time may be slightly longer due to the payment verification process with the bank for security control and fraud protection reason. To review your order status, please simply login to "my account".

Shipping Methods (for deliveries to Hong Kong)

For orders in Hong Kong, we use local courier service as our delivery company (2 ~ 3Business days).
Please note: Non-coverage Area: Outlying islands (except Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau and Lamma Island)

Shipping Methods (for deliveries to Mainland China)(3 ~ 7 Business days)

Orders to be delivered outside Guangdong province or remote districts (e.g. Gansu, Qinghai, Liaoning, Jilin, Ningxia, Xizang, Xinjiang, Heilongjiang and Neimonggol) may take a relatively long time, the delivery time may take up to 12 days.

In accordance with the requirements of Civil Aviation Administration of China, all dangerous articles such as lithium batteries are not admissible for posting by air mail, while cosmetic products in liquid state, powder or compressed gas will possibly fail in airport security check as well.rders which fail in airport security check will be delivered by using "Economy Express" service subsequently and therefore may be subject to a certain delay on logistic re-arrangement.Since mainland China's customs authorities imposed a tighter postal security measures, parcels may be selected for customs clearance randomly and therefore may be subject to a certain delay on delivery time. f orders returned to us are due to customer's refusal to pay tax or inability to make import trade declarations, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for the return or resending the goods and /or 15% re-stocking fee for order cancellation.

Free shipping

If you choose to use the courier that we recommend, free shipping will be provided if you meet the Net Order Amount required. Door to Door delivery would not be included in Free Delivery service and extra handling would be charge if the location is not routine or non-commercial or non-industrial area. Dispatch notification

We will send a Dispatch Notification email on behalf our forwarder to you after the forwarder has dispatched your order. The majority of our orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days after the payment is verified. You can expect to receive this email within 2 - 4 business days after you have placed an order. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link. You can click on the link to track your order.
If you do not receive the dispatch notification email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails.
